We use Dream Divers livaboards to spend long weekends in areas not accessible from shore. A 3 Day weekend onboard is truly an experience not to be missed. We can promise absolutely superb diving, great food and comfortable sleeping in A/C cabins. The boat leaves port before we stir and we awaken to the call for “first dive briefing”. Between dives we enjoy the A/C in the main cabin or lounge on the open upper deck, snorkel or explore one of the small deserted islands. Each evening, after a final night dive, everyone enjoys a feast whipped up by the onboard chef. You then have the choice of an early bedtime, viewing the photos from the day, watching a movie or visiting with other divers...
An oasis of hospitality situated right by the Red Sea, half way between the airport and the city center. Eye catching ultra modern facilities in harmony with a serene and soothing atmosphere. The hotel treats us well with a full breakfast in the morning and a pool side BBQ in the evening. We day dive from Dream Diver’s day boats to our favorite dive spots in the Jeddah Area (The AnnAnn Wreck, the Boiler Wreck, Abu Madafi Reef, Champagne Reef, etc) or the hotels private beach. These are great weekends for those who like to have ‘one foot on land’ so to speak.
These trips are for those wishing to maximize their diving at a minimal cost in time and money. We fly over to Jeddah on Thursday morning, head for the boat and dive, dive, dive...roll up in our bedroll and find a place to crash onboard for the night. They really aren’t as bad as it sounds. Hot meals are provided and there is a fresh water tap for showering.
Dream Diver’s runs a full schedule of one and two week trips for out of Kingdom guests. There is occasionally an extra bunk on these trips. If interested in a longer dive trip and you like meeting new people let us know and we’ll contact Eric for you.
The only thing not luxurious about our trips is the ability to wait until the last minute to decide to go along for the dive. Our trips fill fast. The only guaranteed way to reserve a place is with a deposit of SR 1000.
* Unless specifically noted we generally travel to the port on the evening prior to the listed first day of the trip.
